The Nordic Barista Cup 2010 will be held 16. - 18. September 2010 in Oslo.

The Nordic Roaster 2010 will be held Wednesday 15. September 2010 in Oslo.

The organising committee vision is an event with high standards and a professional competence that will take Nordic Barista Cup to a new and higher level.

One way to do this is to find the leading thinkers and doers in the coffee business to host the lectures. The preliminary lecturers are George Howell, Erling Dokk Holm, Anders Bjørk and Tim Wendelboe.

The event will be divided into 3 subjects, one for each day:

16. September: ORIGIN

17. September: PRODUCTION

18. September: CUP QUALITY

You can sign up for one separate day (200 €/day) or sign up for all 3 days (500 €).
